I have a slicer that has a list of companies. I want to change the color of the buttons of the slicer after a value of a column. So that if the value is less than 0, the button is red, and if its more than 0 it is green. Is there a way to do this?

I don't believe this is possible with a slicer. You can, however, create a table with conditional formatting and "instruct" users to select a row in order to filter other visuals (Selecting the "filter" option on other visuals - selcect "Edit Interactions" in the format options in the ribbon to change the filtering behaviour on visuals).
Not ideal, but a workaround of sorts.
