Changing SSAS cube connection to SQL Server

Hi Team,

I have SSAS cube connection and wants to change it to SQL server connection. I see that Transform/Get data options are disabled. I don't want to create a new report , wants to make this change in the existing report.

@Anonymous it is not straight forward as  you will be changing the source from direct query to import. try this technique, make a backup of your report before testing it out.

Thanks for the reply. But that post is about changing conenction from SQL Server to SSAS. But i want to do reverse, there is a report alreaady with existing SSAS conenction and i cant open query editor to change it.

@Anonymous I know but the solution is going to be the same (i think) or change your report to import by clicking the bottom right corner and then you will be able to change to any data source.
