Hi,
I have a dropdown slicer that allows users to select a "Market" A "Market" consist of 2 geographies, for example a Grocery store chain for the 1st geography and that grocery store chain's competition is the 2nd geography.
When the user selects the Market the 100% Stacked Bar Chart displays the % of sales of geography 1 and geography 2 with data colors of the 2 geographies being a different color. My personal theme as a Color 1 of blue and a Color 2 of green.
The problem is when the user selects a total new Market the colors for both geographies change. I want the color to continue to stay the Color 1 blue and Color 2 green.
Here is Market 1 selection:
And when I change the slicer for Market to another market here is what it shows:
Any way to force the colors to stay the same blue/green?
Hi @Anonymous ,
As above mentioned, each stacked bar 's color should be same, I don't know how you design your chart, so if possible, could you please inform me more detailed information (such as your sample data and your expected output and your chart setting or your pbix file)?

Thanks for your understanding and support.

Hi @dax , My pbix is a large file (143meg). How can I mask the data or prepare the file to share?
Hi @Anonymous ,
I don't need your real data, you could just use virtual data(simple data) and create chart like your above shown, then upload the pbix file.

@Anonymous , what I observed that it associate a color with each category and then use the same when you filter. Color formatting is also not an option to change as of now.
Depends. Maybe use a disconnected table trick so that the actual categories really never change.

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
