Change the Publish credentials in Power BI Desktop

Hi,

I have created sample reports with my current organisation email id and published. Now i have created another Power BI login with my client email id. Now if I login to Power BI service with my client email id and open Power BI desktop create some test reports and give Publish all the reports going to my first email id (Organisation email login). Even if i uninstall Power BI desktop and download new version from Client email login, after installation if i Publish the reports still going to 1st email id.

How to change Publish credentials in Power BI Desktop ?

Thanks and Regards,

Ram

@ramu4000 In power bi desktop go to File -> Sign out. This will sign you out of the account you're currently publishing to and lets you sign back in to other account. Also on the top right hand side you will see the display name of the account it will currently publish to. You need to have latest version of pbi desktop for that.

Hi @ramu4000,

Just click the account in the upper right corner of your Power BI Desktop, and choose “Switch account ” to change the sign-in account.
