Change static value in caluculate filter

Hi all,

I have a problem with my power BI and i can't seemt to get the calculation to work.

I've made the calculation:

UnderProkura KR = Calculate(SUM([Produceret Omsætning]);Data[Produceret omsætning 2]<4000)

  • "Produceret omsætning" is revenue
  • "Produceret omsætning 2" is revenue in a calculated column (doesn't work if i put in Produceret omsætning)
  • 4000 is the procurement value, so in this case it filters away results that are lower than 4000

I'm working with procurement limits and want the "4000" to be replaced by a calculated column or calculation that varies depending on the customer - so for instance Customer 1 = 4000, Customer 2 = 5000 and Customer 3 = 10000.

I've made a calculated column

Prokuragrænse =
if(Data[Kundenavn]="Customer 1";4000)
& if(Data[Kundenavn]="Customer 2";5000)
& if(Data[Kundenavn]="Customer 3";10000)

So basically what i want to do is to have a function like this
Calculate(SUM([Produceret Omsætning]);Data[Produceret omsætning 2]<Prokuragrænse)

but it won accept that. I've tried the filter function but i cant seem to get it working - i hope someone can help me 🙂

Best regards
Rasmus

Hi @Anonymous

Write correct column in Power BI Desktop

UnderProkura KR = Calculate(SUM([Produceret Omsætning]);Data[Produceret omsætning 2]<4000)

->

UnderProkura KR =
CALCULATE (
    SUM ( [Produceret Omsætning] ),
    FILTER ( Data, Data[Produceret omsætning 2] < 4000 )
)
Prokuragrænse =
if(Data[Kundenavn]="Customer 1";4000)
& if(Data[Kundenavn]="Customer 2";5000)
& if(Data[Kundenavn]="Customer 3";10000)
->
Prokuragrænse =
SWITCH (
    Data[Kundenavn],
    "Customer 1", 4000,
    "Customer 2", 5000,
    "Customer 3", 10000
)
Best Regards
