Change source from one desktop to another

We have created a report using Power BI, the source to which is kept on a colleagues desktop. This colleague is now leaving and I need to take over this report. I have copied the source onto my desktop but when I refresh I receive an error message that reads:

Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\'colleagueusername'\Desktop...etc.etc.'

I have tried to change the source, as per the previous forum posts of a similar issue, to the copied file on my desktop.

The original working document is held on a document management system but the report pulls from the desktop copy so I'm not sure why it's having this problem, perhaps due to the different desktops?

Any help would be appreciated!
