Change panel, tab, navigation bar colors back to darker theme

Is there any way to change the Desktop "theme" from the new light gray back to the darker gray/black color?  This includes the Fields, Visualizations, etc. panels on the right as well as the bottom, left, and top tabs/navigation bars around the pages.
