Change matrix grand total sum to avg on specific column

Hi,

Can't find a way to change only one column total row to average from sum. 

I just need to change Warehouse column result to average in Total row. I want sum values in table by month.

Is it possible?

Found formula to get what I want.

CurrentYearWarehouseAVG = 
CALCULATE(
AVERAGEX (
    ADDCOLUMNS (
        SUMMARIZE ( Balance, Balance[Month] ),
        "Net Value", CALCULATE ( SUM ( Balance[Amount] ) )
    ),
    [Net Value]
),
FILTER(Balance, Balance[Year]=[SlicerYear]))

 Shows warehouse sum by month and average sum in total row.

This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See this post about it
