Change in Data colours

Hi Experts, Is it possible to change the data colours based on change in Data numbers. For example i am preparing bar chart where Job "A" have total budget of $10000 the bar is of Green colour. Can we change bar coulor if there is change in amount. For exmple if amount is in negative then bar should turn to "RED" & amount is still in positive but less than $10000 colour should be Yellow.

@Gaurav_84 , Only if there is not legend and only one measure  used you can try conditional formatting using a color measure with field value option

color measure =

Switch( True(),
[Budget] >= 10000, "green"
[Budget] < 0, "red",
"Yellow"
)
