Hello,
I am testing OData connector for data transmission from Zoho CRM to Power BI. At first, I have registered under my personal email address however after successful test, I have created service account which will be used to maintain this connection.
With the first import of data I have enterred my personal email along with the credentials and now I would like to change those to service account. I have tried singing out of my personal account on PBI Desktop and signed in with the service account however Power BI still "remembers" the original credentials.
Is there any way how to recreate this connection with the new credentials?
Thank you
IvanS
Solved! Go to Solution.
I found solution - need to go to File > Options and Settings > Data Source Settings. Here a window will pop up showing your connections, if you have the Power BI file that is using the OData connector open, you should see it in the Data sources in current file category, if not then select Global permissions at the top.
If you click on your connector and then Edit Permissions, you will see an Edit... button under Credentials. This will bring up the menu that you signed into originally and you can change your credentials, I will include a screenshot of that in case you need it.
