Change columns using filter

Hi,

I am developing a matrix which shows the worked hours of the employees.

I need to have a vision by Year, Month, Day and so, I put this options on a filter and I need the columns to change in accordance with the filters, showing the values respectively.

Is there a way to do this?

I changed the columns manually to help you understand what I need.

OBS: I know I can do this using drill-down, but I need to do this with the filter
