Change account for AI in Power BI Desktop

The first time I tried to use the new AI functionality "Text Analytics" for Power BI Desktop, I had to sign in with my Power BI account. 

I signed in with an account which hasn't got access to a Premium capacity. For this reason I could not use this new functionality.

I want to sign in with another account, but I can't find the way to do it. I've tried to log out from the account in Power BI Desktop, but it doesn't work. I've even tried to uninstall Power BI and install it again, but it remembers the first account I used.

Click on the name on the upper right corner, select "switch account", then it pop out a window where you can enter your new account.
