Thank you for the answer. However, I actually was not clear with my question 🙂
please find the following link to the better-explained challenge ( I hope).
To sum it up :
1. There are about 20 employees who started to work in the company in 2015/2016/2017
2. Each employee got a review score every year (e.g. one who started in 2015 got scores in 2015,2016 and 2017.)
3. the difficulty is to show only 1 stacked column, the shows headcount by company (series) and by Performance (legends) wtha single selection of a year.
