I have a table with these fields: "currency from", "currency to", "year" and "exchange rate" (photo):
and I want to have 3 slicers, currency from, currency to and year. And when I change the slicers, the measure I have in my fact, multiplied by the exchange rate, is it possible?

That should be pretty straight forward, just multiply the sum of the exchange rate with the measure from you fact table, which will work fine if you only select 1 value from each of the slicers.
For the year slicer, perhaps create a table with just years, and use this to filter both currencies and facts
