Change Button Line Colour - JSON Theme

I would like to change the default (line) colour of a button within the JSON of a theme for Power BI. For example, a "Back Button" has a default grey line colour and I would like to change this to black.

I have the following JSON but it seems to have to affect.

//the below is within visualStyles 
"actionButton": {
            "*": {
                "icon": [
                    {
                        "lineColor": {
                            "solid": {
                                "color": "#000000"
                            }
                        }
                    }
                ]
            }
        }

Could someone please tell me why this is wrong and how to fix it.
