The 2017 (and 2018) data on the chart below doesn't contain any data (ie: both are 0) but the category 2017 (and I assume 2018, just behind the 2017 label) still appears in the chart. Is there some way I can remove this? Because it's rather misleading given it's position (middle, like there's 7 findings) in the chart. Hovering on the label doesn't show anything.

I have tested on my side, but not reproduce the issue.
For example:
even though I enable show items with no data
If there is no data in category, it shouldn't appear on the scatter chart.
So please share us your simple sample pbix file, Do mask sensitive data before uploading
