Cascading slicer values to other slicers

Hi All,

I have a requirement to cascade th selected slicer value to other slicer and along with that I also want to allow users to select some other values in 2nd slicer.

Eg.

Product Slicer :

Selected Value:  Product A

Competitor Product Slicer:

Selected Values : Product A, Product B, Product C

The reason I need this is to compare the Product A with other Competitor's data. So I would need to pass Product A, B, C to my visual so that I can see all 3 products data in one visual and compare the result.

Regards,

Hi @akj2784,

Can you share a dummy sample please? The solution depends on the data model structure. In other words, where are these values from? Are they from the same table?

Best Regards,

yes they are from same table. Product tables holds all the prdocut list. Category comes from different table.

So when a user selects a Prdouct, We will find the category of that Product and for that particular Category, we want user to select two different competitor Product.

And in the Visual I want to show all three products, one selected from main product slicer, and 2 others from competitor product slicer .

I am not able to upload the pbix.

Please let me know the easiest way to upload the file.
