Card with States - can't get what I wanted

Hi guys,

I just downloaded the visuals to play as I tried to show progress of a measure from last week. I already got the figures like below:

This week: 5.6911%

Past week: 5.7851%

I placed [This week] into Measure box, [Past Week] as the Target box

Under States, I selected

Value type: Absolute Value

Comparison: >

State A value: 0 (basically shown when it's positive)

State B value: -1 (basically shown when it's negative)

So this week % was lower than last week's and I expected State B's colour would show, but nope, State A was shown. What did I do wrong?

Thanks!

Michael
