Sometimes a card visual isnt big enough to display all the card values and therefore is there a way to get a pop up type dialouge\window to appear showing all the card details if a user clicks a card.
Hi. You can configure dialog to show data but it is not exactly a pop up. If you want to explore a register of an entity like Products, Customers, etc. You should check drillthrough: https://blog.ladataweb.com.ar/post/189719998946/powerbi-obtención-de-detalles-drillthrough
Now, you can just add page of cards that will be shown in other pages with the data you want just positioning the mouse over a visualization (i think this will help you more). They are tooltips, you can learn about them here: https://blog.ladataweb.com.ar/post/190894731070/powerbi-creando-tooltips-información-para

Thanks, now got a Tool Tip working, but as I have muiltiple cards (8), it will mean I have to create a new Tool Tip page for each card. Is there a way to create a "Tool Tip Template" and then depending on what card the mouse hovers over, will determie the content of the tool tip.
Interesting situtation. If you want a different tooltip for each card you'll have to create a page for each one. Remember you can add more than one visualization in a tooltip page so you can have a lot of cards in one tooltip. It will depend on your requirement.
NOTE: remember to hide the tooltip page from the report.
