Cannot user USERNAME() amd USERPRINCIPALNAME function in calculated Column

I want to create a simple calculated column based on the Username,

My Calculated Column expression is :

Column = if (SampleData[Name] = "XYZ" ,USERNAME(),"XYZ")

I am getting error for the above is :

Cannot user USERNAME() amd USERPRINCIPALNAME function in calculated Column, These functions may only be used in Measures or in the AllowedRowsExpression.

Then I created a Measure with name User with below expression, and it worked as well.

USER  = USERNAME()

After this I userd the measure to create the Calculated column but still I am getting the same error.
Column = if (SampleData[Name] = "XYZ" ,[USER],"XYZ")

Error : Cannot user USERNAME() amd USERPRINCIPALNAME function in calculated Column, These functions may only be used in Measures or in the AllowedRowsExpression.

Kindly suggest how can I create a if condition with Username function.
