Cannot see SubFolder in SP Library with Get Data

Simple use case:

1. SharePoint Online Library with a folder that contain excel spreasheet (S2)

2. SharePoint Online Library also contains another excel spreadsheet (S1)

3. I open Power BI Desktop - Get Data - Use SharePoint Folder 

4. I put in the root site URL and authenticate successfully 

5. I see the files listed in S1 BUT I do not see the files in S2

This seems to be the case - I cannot see files in subfolders.  I have Admin rights to all.  

Is there something I am missing

Hi @pserzo ,

When you say you place the root site URL are you refering to the document folder on the sharepoint or another level?

Sorry for making this question but on my experience we had trouble seing files and we got to the conclusion that we needed to do document folder level, not on the sharepoint group level but at the document folders.
