Cannot see Other connectors in Desktop February 2019

Hi everyone,

Hope someone can help me out with this issue.

I cannot see some of the Other connections (both the new ones which come with the Feb edition, like SurveyMonkey, and the existing ones like BI connector). I tried the obvious - repair, reinstall, delete the cache and nothing seems to work.

I can see the other features, it's only the connectors that seem to fail to appear.

Any thoughts?

Thank you, I had an issue with my installation. I can now see all the connectors.
