Cannot pull data out of Facebook with Power BI

I have trouble getting data from Facebook with Power BI or refreshing the data tables I had already gotten 2 weeks ago. Most of the time when I try to refresh the data, it gives me the error shown below;

DataSource.Error: Facebook: (#17) User request limit reached
Details:
    DataSourceKind=Facebook
    DataSourcePath=https://graph.facebook.com/
    Detail=https://graph.facebook.com/v2.2/country94/posts?since=2016-01-01&limit=5

Even when I open a new Power BI sheet and try to get data from Facebook, I still get the error shown above.

With Power BI's website saying everything is running smoothly, I'd like to know why I still get this error?

This error should be related to the Facebook API rate limiting, please refer to this document for details.
