Cannot publish my pbix file (BI Premium)

Im always getting a bad request error (400) when I try to publish.

My file size is 1.1 GB  and we are using BI Premium. Thats why I should be allowed to upload 10GB 

Does anybody knows why this occurs ? 

I also saved my project to a new pbix file.

I think I get the same issue.

I save, then exit, reopen and then publish without making any further changes. Seems to work but is a real pain.

Please accept solution if this works for you.

Sadly it doesnt work. 

I really dont know why it does not work. 

publishing works when  I create a completely new project (different datasource,etc).
