Cannot log in Power BI or reset password

Can someone please help me log back into my account. I am 110% sure I'm using the right username and password. 

I have asked my Office 365 admin for help reseting it and I could get it to work. I get the following message:

 

"The user ID you entered does not exist. Please check that you have typed your user ID correctly."

 

I tried emai@domain.com and email@domain.onmicrosoft.com and it doesn't work.

 

I am logged into Power BI via browser and still have 168 day left of my Pro trial. I don't want to lose everything.

How can I get around this? I have tried everything.

If anyone else has this problem, I have managed to reset the password by going to the Power BI panel in my browser, where I was still logged in and I have noticed that my account hast a strange combination of numbers and letters under my account.

 

So instead of using myemail@domain.com like I used to in the past, I had to log in with something like this: x989x89x89s8a989as89a@domain.onmicrosoft.com. How can I get around this and why did it change from my original email to this gibberish? Is there a way to revert it back to myemail? That's where I received my password reset instructions.

 

Please help.

Does any other users can login their account on your device?(service and desktop version)
If they can, I think the issue may related to your account, please contact your tenant admin to check your account settings.

If same issue appears on testing, I'd like to suggest your test on other device/desktop versions.

 

BTW, you can also ask your admin to submit a support ticket with detail trace log as contents.

I have tried loggin in from other devices. My "old" email, doesn't seem to work anymore.

Any other suggestions??

Based on result, I think the issue may related to your account.

Please contact to your tenant admins to check your account license or submit a support ticket to power bi team for further support.

I already contacted my admin and they have submitted a ticket to Microsoft. Still no solution.

It's just strange that I have to deal with this kind of stuff. I was expecting so much more...

I guess you are trying to login from power bi desktop, correct? Which version of PowerBI you are using? There was some issue with Nov 2017 release, in case you are using that, please update to dec 2017 release and try again.
