Cannot load data using Snowflake connector receiving error Azure Cost Management module not loaded

When I connect to my Snowflake data source and atttept to load data from a table I receive and error which states: A module named 'AzureCostManagement' hasn't been loaded. I receive this error when using the DEC 2021 version of PBI desktop. I am not having this issue using the OCT 2021 version on my VMware farm.  Not sure what this is coming up.  I have never used or even see anything to do with Azure Cost Management.  Full error text is pasted below.

Hi @lwchin ,

Which data source do you get data from and which connection mode do you use?

Does the same issue occur when you open other pbix file which is created by the same Power BI desktop version.

A workaround seems to be:

1. First open PowerBI desktop

2. Open your pbix file from within a running PBI Desktop

Best Regards
