Cannot convert value '6+ months' of type Text to type Date. Works in desktop, issues Online

I have saved and published more than once. I cannot for the life of me figure out why this issue is happening. I did use tabular editor for this. does anyone have any ideas or tips on what could be happening between desktop and the online version?

What data type is the field "Totalweeks" set to in Power BI Desktop? Is it Text type? Could you please share some sample data applied to matrix and how you created the matrix (including Fields panel settings and conditional formatting etc.).  It would be great if you could provide your sample pbix file(please exclude sensitive data) in order to make troubleshooting and find the cause to resolve it. Thank you.
