Cannot connect to the model

Good afternoon, I can not open a .pbix, nor your clients backups, come downloading from the power bi online it does not open, all other reports open, on my friend's pc opened my name not, he just the error " the server object is not connected ", I cleaned the disk, saved different versions of the bi power, and I do not know how to proceed

Have you open the report with directquery or live connection model? If this is a case, please ensure you can access to your datasource and haven't modify your credentials first.
