Cannot connect sharepoint online list

Hi All,

I can connect to our sharepoint site from the root level to the last items level, when i tried to get data i am getting an error. I tried all the options, sharepoint folder, sharepoint online list, sharepoint list

Details: "Microsoft.Mashup.Engine1.Library.Resources.HttpResource: Request failed:
OData Version: 3 and 4, Error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. (Not Found)
OData Version: 4, Error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. (Not Found)
OData Version: 3, Error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. (Not Found)"

I even tried with just the webiste name still no luck. Please advice.

Hi @Anonymous ,

404 Usually refers to a File Not Found. If there isn't a service outage with your SharePoint tenant,so I'm guessing the URL is incorrect. 

Try to use a more specific address (https://tennant.sharepoint.com/page)

@Anonymous Earlier today someone was having an issue with an Excel file in SharePoint. Check to make sure that there isn't a service outage with your SharePoint tenant first.

@Greg_Deckler thanks, i just received a message from the sharepoint admin and there is no service outage.

Also i was able to connect to the sharepoint URL using excel.
