Cannot change Data Colors

Hi there,

When I try to change a data color, it will be automatically change back immediately after selecting one other color.

From following gif you may see, after clicking the light blue on the pop up panel, once after the color panel disappearing, the "New Deals" color will appear light blue for less than 1 second, then immediately auto change back to original light purple one.

May I know the reason and solution?

What expected is to give the Trend Visual a light blue > dark blue color theme upon legneds.

Thanks.

H

Hi, @h_l

I can’t tell whether this is an accidental problem. If you allow, you can share the sample file here without any sesentive information and let me test in my environment whether I will encounter the same situation as you.

Or you could check the Issues forum here:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com.

Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET"

Hope this helps.

Seems a accidental issue, when I re-open the file which was not saved last time, and re-create the visual, the issue is not there this time.

Will save a copy of the file and post another thread here next time if it occurs.
