Cannot add Photo to community Forum

Hi everyone,
 
I have some screenshots that I would like to add to a post here, but I cannot drag, insert, copy and paste, paste into source my .png file.
 
When I click the insert/edit image box, I get this, and no other option.

Cancel
 
 
I have tried on both Internet Explorer and Edge, I'm on a company computer and cannot try another browser.  What should I do?!

interesting, when I add a comment, I have these options,

You should be having the same option to add photos, using that option you can uplaod the pic.

It must have been a one time error. For my new post, I had those options available. I also have the photo options available when editing my post.

I would say as a solution is to upload your post, then edit it afterwards.
