Cannot Sign In On PBI Desktop

Good Morning All,

First time posting & finding my way in the world of Power BI so be gentle.

I have been running PBI & on premise gateway absolutely fine, then it stopped letting me sign in & therefore publish data. I am assuming it was just after a windows update or thats one mighty big coincidence.

When i click sign in, i enter my email address then  i get the box shown below & thats it. At that point the system locks & only lets me close the window.

Any Ideas or pointers?

According to your snapshot, it seems related to network issues.(failed loading when authorization window initialization)

I'd like to suggest you contact to your IT or use fiddler to trace sign in operate session and open a support ticket with these contents.(support ticket is free for pro and above licenses)
