Cannot Load Model

Hello,

I am trying to impersonate a person and this error occurred:

" We could not connect to your DirectQuery data source or internal model. Double-check that your server and database names are correct, and that you have permission to access them. Either the user does not have access to the database or the database does not exist.

It's weird coz it's working with the other file.

Please advise.

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous ,

As the error message, could you please check your server and database names are correct and try again?

Hi @v-frfei-msft ,

I've checked the data source file and it has a connection to the right path. But when I do the view as role/test as role function in the desktop this error mentioned still occur. I tried to publish thinking that maybe it's a desktop issue but still doing the test a role function in the web is empty.

I really don't know how to fix this. Been working for almost 24 hrs and
