Can we send a mail or notification with data?

Hi All,

I have a power bi report in place. There is a grid/table which holds some data, say for example it will have 5 or 6 columns and there is a column named as "ID" which contains around 200 ID's. So i would like to send an Email to my client saying there are the 200 ID's in the attachment whenever my reports gets refresh. if that is not possible then atleast can we sent that Entire grid/table which had 5 or 6 columns in the attachement on every refresh?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please try to use API or Power Automate:

API based refresh requests allow you to specify when mails should be sent (default is on failure only but you can also choose to send on any completion).

You can also monitor refresh status with Power Automate and upon completion send a mail to a distribution list.
