Can we put relationship with 2 or more fields

Can we put relationship into 2 or more fields between the two tables ?

You can create a new column with concatenated fields

key = [col1] & " " & [col2] // In all the tables

in case of direct table-use combinevalues concatenate -https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dax/combinevalues-function-dax
