Can we create Measure for Distinct Text Columns?

I am using Count of "Location" column as values to create Donut charts.

 

Location
Mumbai
Mumbai

Pune

Delhi
Mumbai
Delhi
Delhi
Pune
Mumbai

 

 

I want to write measure which can be used as values in Donut Charts. This measure should take above Location column as input to write measure.

@maqsud , Not clear. If you take this in Axis or group and Count then it should work. Or you can take countdistinct
