Can we add AD Group or Security Group as a Member in Workspace?

Can we assign a Permission to AD Group user or security group user in Power BI Workspace?

I have AD group in which there are 100 users. Now, instead of giving permission to the individual user, I want to add AD Security Group as a member in Power BI. How to achieve this?

Is that AD Group sync'd out to Office 365/Azure AD?

Ah, now that I am thinking about this, I believe that your group needs to be a distribution group or Office 365 group that has an email address. You can vote for the idea for AD Security Groups here:

If it is a distribution group then is it possible to add all distribution group email as member ?
And all the users have member access?

Yes but you may need to use the new app workspace experience. See this article:

BTW, it does say that you can use security groups so...
