Can we Pass the Parameter values to RLS

Is there a Possibility to retrieve the value stored in a parameter in the Query Editor and pass it to a role being Created For RLS.

The answer is no, because query parameter in fact is used in Power Query(M), and RLS is basically a DAX function. 
You can pass the M function to DAX function.
