Can't see the tooltip graph in office 365 or Web

Good morning, 

I have created a tooltip graph that whenever I put the mouse in a specific graph I can see that tooltip, although that is only possible when I use the Power BI file, when I am using this file on office 365 or published in the web I am not able to see it.

Is there a debug that it's not develloped yet, or am I doing something wrong?
