I'm being denied publishing a report to a shared workspace with the message, "Only users with a PowerBI Pro license can publish to this workspace".
I have a PowerBI Pro license.
It is a "New" shared workspace that I'm an Admin of.
Moments prior I published 2 other pbix files to this workspace successfully.
I can publish it to my personal workspace.
I can publish it to a "Classic" workspace.
I've tried:
- Logging out and back in
- Rebooting
Any suggestions would be very welcome.

Logged out of desktop
Logged in as another user
Published the report
Logged out and back in as myself
Was able to publish (replace) the report
