Can't open PBIX DOWNLOADED

 

Here's the error I see

Hi @samira,

It seems that the version of Power BI Desktop you are using is not compatible with the previous version. When was downloaded PBIX file created ? Also , what version of Power BI Desktop was used to create this file ?

In addition , could you please try to update to the latest version if the version of your Power BI Desktop is not latest , and try to open that PBIX file again to check if the same issue still exist. Thank you .

It seems that the version of Power BI Desktop you are using is not compatible with the previous version. When was downloaded PBIX file created ? Also , what version of Power BI Desktop was used to create this file ?

In addition , could you please try to update to the latest version if the version of your Power BI Desktop is not latest , and try to open that PBIX file again to check if the same issue still exist. Thank you .

Are you certain you are running the most recent version? Also check you are running the 32- or 64-bit version that matches your operating system.
