Can`t move WHOLE number column to Values position in visualization

Hello, guys! 

Had added some data to report and got a problem.

I have a whole number format column. But cant use it as Value in chart! 

Just cant move it into Values place!!!

Whats wrong ?

Moreover, there is no such icon (summarization) near the column!

What is the connection mode? If it is import mode, try to change the data format to whole number in the query editor.
