Can't import visuals from Market Place in a Microsoft Store version of Power BI Desktop

Hi,

In a Microsoft Store version of Power BI Desktop I can't import visuals from Market Place anymore. But works fine in a version downloaded from the Power BI website.

I am getting "We could not import the custom visual. This may be a temporary issue.Please try again later. If you continue to have an issue, please visit support.powerbi.com and report the issue."

Can you please help with the issue.

I'm using Version 2.73.5586.1101 and I'm also not able to import a custom visual on the Power BI Desktop Version.

My Team Members, some of whom are on Version 2.64.5285.741 are also facing the same issue.

If you try to uninstall and reinstall the latest version power bi desktop: 2.70.5494.761

Hi Lin,

Thank you for the suggestions. Unfortunately it doesn't work.

I reinstalled Power BI, but it did not help.

Also, I have issues with a Microsoft Store version of Power BI, so it is always up to date.

And if you install power bi desktop from web version.
