Can't import data from Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics

I get the following error:

 

We couldn't import data from Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics

There was an error when processing the data in the dataset.

Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

MessageThe credentials provided for the OData source are invalid. (Source at https://reports.office.com/pbi/v1.0/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/TenantProductActivity.) Table: TenantProductActivity.

I've obfuscated our Tenant ID, not sure if I should have included it or not.

 

Not sure why this is happening but I've tried a few times to no avail.

Hi @Chris_FSA,

Based on my test, it could work on my side.

The problem could due to you have provided the wrong credentials for the OData source. Please check if the account you entered is either a global administrator, report reader, Exchange administrator, Skype for Business administrator, or SharePoint administrator.

Sorry for the delay - I've only just been granted admin rights to our Sharepoint instance and can confirm that this has fixed this issue.

I have the same issue. I have the right as admin. But I can't import data. Same message. I can't fixe it.
