Can't get a proper sort on my line chart

 I have tried several different ways to get this to sort properly, used sort columns etc. Actually, that's not quite true. 

 

The first line chart image below is sorted properly, but I can't get it to sort this way when I use YearWeek as the axis. 

 

It's not meaningful to have the sort column as the label. I want to labels shown in the last image but for them to start as 2017-22, etc. I can't seem to figure that out. Thank you.

I suppose one solution would be to use the actual week end dates instead of week number and year.

It seems the column "index" is unique and sorted. Please try out the function "Sort by column" as the snapshot shows.
