When I tried to create a new quick measure of the change compared to the previous year, I found that I did not see the option botton to select a base value. Please let me know if you know how to activate the option button that should be in the red circle in the picture above.

As far as I know, you can drag columns you need from tables in Fields at right instead of selecting columns.
