Can't find publish to web when i add roles to the report

Hi

Publish to web work perfectly but when i add roles to the report in power BI desktop and then I can't find publish to web in my workspace.

Is there a solution or is it limited to pro users?

That is a limitation of publish to web. 

You should read the official documentation at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-publish-to-web

Publishing your reports to the web allows the whole web to see your content so be careful of what data you publish.
