Can´t create a relationship between two columns because one of the columns must have unique value

Hi Guys,

I got the error "You can´t create a relationship between two columns because one of the columns must have unique value".

It does not make any sense to me, because I double checked that one of these two columns that I would create relationship based upon does only have unique values!!!

I also double checked that there are no empty rows in these two columns.

Does anyone know why it still gives me this error?
