Hello,
I receive this error when trying to connect to the Zendesk Tickets table through the connector in Power BI desktop.
I have used the query editor to limit the number of tickets by date and eliminated unnecessary columns but the query times out after about 45 minutes. I have agent level access currently. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You could try to connetc to Zendesk, then open the Edit Queries to filter the data , instead of use parameter in link to see whether it work or not. In addition, I find a similar post of this problem (Power BI Desktop - Zendesk Refresh Error "unprocessable entity") , you could refer to this for details.
