Can't connect to SSAS tabular model

Hi there,

I get an error when I try to open my Power BI report in Power BI web.

"Error executing the query because the cube or some internal structures have not been processed (or do not exist)."

So the screenshot below:

The weird thing is, I can connect to my SSAS tabular model in Power BI desktop but I can't open my Power BI file

Gateway type: Enterprise gateway

Do you guys have any idea how to fix this problem?

Hi @miltenburger ,

It seemed you could not configure gateway for your SSAS. You could refer to below link to configure the gatway and map users for your data model:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-gateway-enterprise-manage-ssas

Hi @v-danhe-msft ,

The gateway doesn't seems to be the problem, cause when i try to open my pbix file it gives me the error:

Cannot load model, the cube does either not exist or hasn't been processed yet. And we didn't change anything...

Hi @miltenburger ,

Could you please check if your SSAS is running when you open your pbix file and could you have tried to re-connect your SSAS in another pbix to see if the problem is from SSAS?

Hi @v-danhe-msft ,

I've tried to connect to my SSAS endpoint in a new pbix file, with success.

So i don't think the problem is in my SSAS endpoint.
